Préda, Katalin
Graduated cum laude in 1997 from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Pécs University of Sciences. After working as an associate and taking the bar exams in 2000, she became an attorney-at-law and later a partner in the law firm of Moldovan, Marosi & Partner. After the departure of one of the founders, Ms Preda became the managing partner of the firm from 2005 until early 2016 when she left to found the Preda Law Firm and in 2019 the Preda & Partners. From 2000, Ms. Préda has acted as an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration of the Council of Internet Providers, and she has been served as an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration of the Money and Capital Market between 2002 and 2017 and at the Court of Arbitration of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2018. She is a qualified mediator, listed in the Ministry of Justice’s register of mediators since 2006. In 2003, the Pécs University of Sciences awarded her a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in European Law. In 2006, Ms. Préda took part in a postgraduate training in Germany as a scholar with the support of the German Federal Bar Association and subsequently worked at a German law firm. She is a member and board member of several domestic and international professional organizations and has an extensive European professional network.
Specializations: data protection, labor law, business contracts, digital transactions, capital markets and investment law, and cross-border transactions. In addition to her advisory activities, she also deals with arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

Csönge, Viktória
In 2007, she graduated from the Sciences Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Eötvös Lóránd University in Győr. Following her graduation, she gained professional experience in a law firm handling real estate and public administration law matters, afterward in a law firm handling various civil law matters.
From 2018, she is a cooperating partner of the Préda Law Firm as an individual lawyer, and from 2019 she is a member of Preda & Partners.
Specializations: real estate law, agricultural law, company law, enforcement law, bankruptcy and winding-up law, representation in civil society organizations and litigation and non-contentious proceedings.

Kovács, Eszter
Graduated in 2006 from the Eötvös Lóránd Science University Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences. Graduated in 2006 from the Eötvös Lóránd Science University Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences. Following the completion of her studies she first gained professional experience in the public administration (National Tax and Customs Authority, second instance Metropolitan Land Register Office), afterwards she joined Marosi, Préda and Partners Law Firm in 2011, whereas in 2012 she established her own law firm. She has been a cooperating partner of Préda Law Office since 2016, and a member of Préda & Partners since 2019.
In 2009 she earned a Real Estate Professional Lawyer degree from the Eötvös Lóránd Science University Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences.

Csenterics, Ferenc
In 1997, he graduated cum laude from the Janus Pannonius University Faculty of Law. He then joined his father’s law firm as a lawyer candidate, then the law firm of Moldovan, Marosi & Partners. In 2000, he passed the bar exam with an excellent result, from which he worked as a lawyer. Between 2002 and 2006 he was a partner at the Kapusi and Partners Law Firm, after which he founded Csenterics Law Firm and from 2019 he is a member of the Law Association of Préda and Partners.
In 2003, he graduated from the University of Pécs with a degree in European Law, and in 2011 he obtained the degree of Wine Law lawyer at a joint course between the University of Pécs and the University of Bordeaux in France.
Appointed by the Minister of Justice in 2013 as a member of the Legal Examination Committee, he has regularly been conducting exams in economic and civil law.
Specializations: economic criminal law, company law, real estate transactions, legal due diligence, litigation representation.
He speaks English in addition to his native Hungarian.

Baricz, Ágnes
Agnes graduated in 1997 from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Pécs with a qualification of cum laude. She starts her career at the law office with clients from Germany and Austria and works primarily in real estate investment projects, and later, she participates as a legal advisor in the preparatory works for the establishment of the Andrássy Gyula Germans Speaking University. Following her years in international law offices (Haarmann-Hemmelrath, Nörr-Stiefenhofer-Lutz) she works as a legal advisor in numerous Hungarian motorway projects, representing German and Austrian companies. Between 2014 and 2021 she is working as a head of legal of the Hungarian group company of the French Colas.
